Our Failure

As a nation we have hand-delivered our children into slavery.

We have become defined by apathy and fear and seem unable to free ourselves.

We have allowed better men than us to fight and die for our freedom, while we, instead of holding on to such a precious and costly gift with a white-knuckled grip, willingly open our hands and say “take it, I do not want trouble!” We have not chosen to be worthy of this great sacrifice made on our behalf.

Because of this, many have struggled, suffered, and died in vain.

Samuel Adams, called the Father of the American Revolution by Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, rightly said:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

America exists for only those that desire to be truly free. All others are an impediment or a danger to our freedom.

As those willing or eager to be enslaved increase in number and reach critical mass, we will have no choice but to re-secure our freedom.

Only those that fight for liberty for all, not for their power or for those in political ascendancy, can call themselves Americans.
