What is more important? The 10th Amendment or a Natural Born Citizen?

Here are five out of over a hundred million people in our nation that hate the 10th Amendment:

  1. Barack Hussein Obama
  2. Hillary Rodham Clinton
  3. Bernie Sanders
  4. Jeb Bush
  5. John Boehner
  6. Michael Bloomberg
  7. Elizabeth Warren
  8. Mitch McConnell
  9. Harry Reed
  10. Eric Cantor

Sorry… couldn’t stop myself.

Each one of these evil people holds power, held power, is seeking power again, or has benefited from having had power in a nation where that power was stolen from us.

The Constitution is the barrier between us and them.  They have so completely destroyed the Constitution that what is left has been ground down to the molecular level.  It is gone.  Accept it.

So we are faced with choosing between Ted Cruz, a man that wants to restore the 10th Amendment, and Donald Trump, a man that has never said anything about the Constitution that makes me think he’s ever read it or even shares the principles of those that wrote it and those that still hold those principles.

Maybe he does.  But I have had enough of maybe.

I hate the illegal and legal influx of people into our country that are destroying our culture and demanding that we assimilate to their primitive, violent, third-world cultures more than anyone else you’ll ever meet.  However, there are Americans all over the world that just haven’t gotten here yet.  We are currently only allowing in those that are cherry picked because they hate us and that will never assimilate and become true Americans.

There are also hundreds of millions of “Americans” that are here that aren’t really Americans.  They do not want to be free and they do want you to be free.  Therefore they are not true Americans, just idiots fortunate enough to have been born here, or to have erroneously and treasonously been allowed in.

I am forced to think that the one candidate that has proven himself to be the greatest Constitutionalist since Reagan and Coolidge might be the guy we want to actually restore the actual Constitution.

Read his immigration policy here:  Ted Cruz is amazingly smarter and more principled than Donald Trump

As for the legalism over Natural Born Citizen, the principle behind that rule is to make sure we do not have someone with foreign ideas, principles, and allegiances, like our current Communist African-American president.  What is the Foundation and Summary of the Constitution? The 10th Amendment or the rule that we don’t pick someone that will ignore the 10th Amendment?

We’ve tried the people that hate or are ignorant or indifferent to the 10th.  We have rolled the dice over and over again and have lost over and over again.

Personally, I’m going every time with the 10th Amendment and the guy that I know for a fact wants to push our federal government back across the line set by the 10th.  When that line is restored, feel free to ask the guy that restored it to please step down because he isn’t a Natural Born Citizen… if you have it in you do so.  Until then, let the man do what we desperately need done.

A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means.”  – Thomas Jefferson, 1810

The law without wisdom and understanding is legalism.  The spirit of the law is more important than the letter of the law, and is often much, much more demanding.  When you have stopped obeying and funding a government that has destroyed the Constitution and the very Rule of Law itself, as were are attempting to do by creating a Constitutional Sanctuary County here in Lancaster County, only then I will believe you are concerned about seeing the law obeyed.
