Forces an up or down vote on the two opposing views of the Constitution and the Oath of Office.
The U.S. Constitution is a contract that must mean what it says, or it means nothing at all.
The people of Lancaster County have a 10th Amendment right to a federal government restrained by the 10th Amendment and Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. constitution and to state and local governments that protect them when it is not, and they have asked that we restore and defend that right.
The 10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
If we view the U.S. Constitution as a ‘growing document,’ then our Oath is not being made to the people of Lancaster County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to obey and defend the Constitution in order to protect them from the federal government and the other states, but rather to the federal government to obey, defend, and enforce their dictates, decrees, and bureaucracies.
It is impossible for the Constitution to be both a contract and not a contract, and all evidence and logic proves that it is the former and is a wall of separation built to preserve the freedom and rights of the States and the People.
The 10th Amendment has not been repealed. With the 10th Amendment as the standard, it is clear that the federal government is breaking the law, and as such, the citizens of this Commonwealth have a right to redress.
Swearing our Oath of Office is mandatory. Honoring it can no longer be optional and without consequence.
The people of Lancaster County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as the objects of our Oath of Office, have a right to know how we view the U.S. Constitution and therefore what Oath we swore.

There are a finite number of people in Lancaster County that have sworn the Oath of Office. Their oath was made willingly and publicly. We have right to know how they view the Constitution, and, therefore, to whom they swore their Oath.
We ask that you commit with ingenuity, strength, and determination to stand against the inevitable Leftist media attacks and help us educate people about the Constitution and what country they live in by helping us complete The List.
